Another treasure from my cellar, very mineral with super acidity and light petrol tones, this is the style of Riesling I very much like. Kind of what Chablis is to Chardonnay this similar mineral profile of Mikulov area makes it very distinct to other Moravian Rieslings. Fair to say there is limited fruit profile apart from lime and overpowering minerality, so this is not to everyone palate. What I like is the condition of the wine despite 9 years of age, which on blind tasting no one would guess.
